Step 2. We select the candidates from our database and other HR sources, provide initial interview and all the background checks.
Step 3. You select 3-5 candidates from the short-list, and conduct a technical interview with them.
Step 4. We help to select the best candidate, you pay for our services and welcome you new team member!
